What changes operationally

A campaign system, not just a send button.

Every campaign moves through a controlled sequence. The workspace protects recipient privacy, keeps sending after logout and records address-level errors for review.

01

Validate before queue

Malformed, duplicate and unusable addresses are separated before sending begins.

02

Compose without compromise

Switch between a visual rich-text editor and HTML source while preserving intentional email markup.

03

Run beyond the browser

A database-backed worker claims batches and continues safely after the browser closes or the client signs out.

04

Know every outcome

Campaign history shows sent, queued and failed totals, including the email addresses that need correction.

The delivery circuit

From raw list to recorded result.

Designed for predictable work on shared hosting, VPS or managed cloud environments with AWS SES SMTP.

Import

Paste or upload recipient data.

Clean

Validate and deduplicate.

Compose

Build visual or HTML email.

Queue

Store eligible recipients.

Deliver

Process protected BCC batches.

Review

Inspect sent and failed records.

AWS responsibility

SES identity and quota

Verify the sending identity, publish SPF/DKIM/DMARC, request production access and monitor bounce or complaint events.

Platform responsibility

Workflow and visibility

Control campaigns, enforce one active queue, retain history and expose failed recipient addresses for correction.

Client responsibility

Consent and content

Use permission-based lists, lawful content, accurate sender identity and an effective unsubscribe and suppression process.

Amazon SES focused

Your AWS sending layer. A calmer campaign operation.

The platform does not replace AWS SES. It turns configured SES infrastructure into a usable client workspace with validation, queue controls, campaign history and NEXOYA-led setup guidance.

Straight answers

Before you activate

Will sending continue after I close the browser?

Yes. The server-side worker processes queued batches independently of the active browser session.

Are invalid emails sent to AWS SES?

The platform validates syntax, removes duplicates and records rejected addresses before eligible recipients enter the sending queue.

Can recipients see other addresses?

No. The configured delivery process uses protected BCC batches with undisclosed-recipient headers.

Does the annual fee include AWS charges?

No. The platform fee covers access to the campaign workspace. AWS SES usage, data and related provider charges remain separate.

Can I use my own HTML email?

Yes. Use HTML source mode for your prepared markup or switch to the visual editor for formatted content.

Can two campaigns run together?

No. One active campaign per client protects the queue from accidental overlap or duplicate processing.
