Lead magnet + security value
Use a free email-domain health review as the first conversation. Nexoya can check the public-facing configuration of your domain and identify gaps around mail routing and authentication.
No DNS changes are made by this page. The request starts a Nexoya assessment conversation.
A healthy domain should have clear mail routing, authenticated sending and encrypted transport.
Planning matters more than the logo on your current provider. Nexoya can assess mailbox counts, storage, domain DNS, aliases and migration method before the cutover.
Migration discovery
Identify the existing mail platform and access method.
Count users, aliases, shared mailboxes and storage.
Review MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC before cutover.
Choose sequencing, validation and rollback planning.
Issue credentials, test sending and confirm delivery.
Business-grade protection
The platform design combines mail authentication with application security and administrative controls rather than treating security as a single spam-filter switch.
Authentication workflows help customer domains establish legitimate sending identity.
Encrypted web, SMTP and IMAP connections protect credentials and message transport paths.
Require stronger sign-in and terminate suspicious or stale sessions from the admin console.
Server-side filtering and attachment scanning reduce unwanted and malicious content.
Protect shared infrastructure from compromised accounts and abnormal sending behavior.
Record sensitive administrative actions and security events for accountability.

Questions before you switch
Yes. The free plan is designed to use a Nexoya-managed business namespace such as you@yourcompany.nexoya.co.
Yes. The company admin workflow is designed to allow an upgrade, domain ownership verification and creation of mailboxes on the verified custom domain.
The administrator adds the domain and follows the DNS verification instructions. Ownership is confirmed using a verification TXT record, followed by mail-routing and authentication checks such as MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
No. Mailbox creation and management is controlled from the company admin account. Individual users receive webmail access to mailboxes created for them.
Webmail is responsive for phones and tablets. Paid plans can also provide standard IMAP and SMTP access for compatible desktop and mobile mail applications.
Migration assistance can be scoped for supported IMAP-based providers and common business-email platforms after an assessment of mailbox count, size and existing configuration.
Multiple custom domains are planned for higher paid tiers. Each domain must be owned and verified before mailboxes can be provisioned.
No. SPF is only one layer. A professional deployment should also use DKIM, DMARC and TLS, together with secure authentication, anti-spam controls and account-security policies.
